Free 3 Day Referral Membership – Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Free 3 Day Referral Membership offered by LLeisure. By signing up for, or using this membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- Eligibility
- The Free 3 Day Referral Membership is available to individuals aged 16 years and over.
- This offer can only be redeemed once per person within a 12 month period.
- Proof of age and identity may be required upon registration or entry.
- Activities Included
The Free 3 Day Referral Membership entitles users to access the following activities:
- Gym
- Public timetabled Swimming sessions
- Group exercise classes
- Les Mills At Home online exercise classes
All activities are available at Bramcote Leisure Centre and Chilwell Olympia, where applicable.
- Availability and Access
- All activities are subject to availability and may vary depending on location and scheduling.
- LLeisure reserves the right to amend or withdraw any activities included within the membership at any time, without prior notice.
- Use and Limitations
- The membership will expire 3 days from first activation.
- Membership is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Only one Free 3 Day Referral Membership can be used per person within any 12 month period, regardless of which LLeisure centre it is redeemed at.
- Right to Refuse
- LLeisure reserves the right to refuse the allocation or use of the Free 3 Day Referral Membership at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse or ineligibility.
- Health and Safety
- All participants must complete a health commitment statement or induction where required.
- Users must comply with all facility rules and safety instructions while participating in activities.
- General
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended by LLeisure at any time.
