Research has shown that chair-based exercise can help to strengthen muscles and bone. Stronger muscles make everyday activities such as washing, dressing, shopping, or doing housework easier and less of a strain.
This 6-week course, run by our friendly and welcoming LLeisure staff, is perfect for anyone with limited mobility who wants to maintain or improve their flexibility and fitness.
Chair Based Exercise – 6 Week Course – 3rd November to 8th December
£20 per ticket, which covers the entire 6-week course
Every Wednesday, 1:30pm – 2:30pm
