Flexibility and Function workshop

Lower Back Issues

To combat this we will explore lengthening and strengthening the spine and mobilising the hips.

Tight Hamstrings, quads and glutes

The key to this is lengthening and strengthening the hamstrings, quads and glutes integrated with mobility around the hips

Neck ache or Headaches

We will work on upper back posture and strength, as well as flexibility and mobility in the chest and shoulders

Funky Feet or Aching ankles slowing you down

From the ground up, all joints that effect our simple everyday movements, such as standing and walking

All exercises will be targeted at lengthening and stretching your entire body though stretch and functional movement. A workshop designed to improve your posture and movement in everyday life in preparation for recreational sports or other physical activities. With a focus on injury prevention and recovery.

The workshop will be run by stretching expert Sally; a Fascial Stretch Therapist and an ex professional fitness competitor, held in the mind and body studio at Bramcote Leisure Centre.
