Supporting your training Triathlon workshops

Would you like extra support or experience advised by a GB qualified Triathlon coach?

L Leisure in partnership with British Triathlon Federation qualified coach Alison Moore are holding a series of 4 workshops to aid your training for the event and set you up for your first Triathlon.

The workshops will run for four weeks consisting of a mixture of practical and theory elements. They aim to cover all aspects of the Triathlon and answer any queries you may have, no matter how small!

Who is the workshop suitable for?

Sessions are suitable for adults over 18.

The workshops are suitable for all, those new to Triathlon and those who are regular participators.

Workshops aim to incorporate all skills desired to complete a Triathlon. This is to provide valuable and realistic experience prior to the event to ensure you feel confident on the day.

What do I need to bring?

Prior to the sessions starting an information document will be sent to your email stating what you will need to bring.

Each week you will need to come in clothing applicable for practical elements and a water bottle.

For some weeks you will be required to bring your bike including helmet and clothing suitable for swimming.

This block booking of ‘support your training’ Triathlon workshops are FREE to members and £40 to non-members. Please book on whether requiring payment or not to register your attendance.
