The Company You Keep – The social circles of D.H. Lawrence
Despite being the son of a miner, the author D.H. Lawrence formed friendships with aristocrats and some of the greatest writers, artists and thinkers of his time.
In this exhibition, we explore the social circles that he moved in and discover the highs and lows of his personal relationships; many of which you will be able to recognise from his books.
Visit during museum opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm
