Time: 1:30-2:30pm

Cost: £3 per session. No need to book, just turn up.

What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes.

What is chair based exercise?

It’s a low impact exercise class that is performed whilst being seated on a chair. The instructor will go through a range of exercises to improve your strength, balance and flexibility. The exercises are particularly suited for older people, or people with reduced mobility.
