Gym Membership Freeze Request

During these unprecedented times we are offering all members the option to freeze their membership free of charge. Simply complete the form below and we will contact you via email to confirm this has been completed.

Please note that we request the funds from your bank account five working days prior to your account being debited, therefore any request received after this cut off point will be applied to the following month’s collection.

You have the option to unfreeze your membership at any time by contacting membership.services@lleisure.co.uk

Unless you contact us earlier your membership will automatically be reactivated on the 5th or 20th of March 2021 depending on your collection date. We will contact you prior to this to confirm the first collection date and amount.
