Interactive Youth Gym 8 -17 years
A dedicated space where youth fitness is combined with some of the latest gaming technology to engage, introduce and educate young people into becoming healthier, more active, and more interactive! Inductions service for all newbies, as well as being 100% supervised to ensure young people can exercise safely, build good exercise habits and ultimately have the best time possible getting fitter. Taking place in the centres iGym.
Inductions can be booked through reception during the times listed in the table below and are subject to availability.
All juniors have the opportunity to have a personal exercise programme tailored to meet their health and fitness goals and are designed by our qualified Fitness Advisors. The programme can be aimed at achieving general fitness or sport specific, but more importantly to ensure the individual exercises correctly and is making the best use of their time.

Teen Gym 13 – 15 years
Teen gym is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in health and fitness through exercise and a great way to meet new friends and socialise while promoting a fit and healthy lifestyle. Research indicates that active children are more likely to become active and also suggests that increased activity can help promote a large variety of health benefits associated with exercise.
During each session teens have the opportunity to use state of the art gym equipment in a fun, exciting and safe environment. All sessions are supervised by a qualified Fitness Advisor and all new teens will be inducted on how to use the equipment correctly and safely before use.
Taking place in the centres main gym.
Aged 14 or 15? Bring a responsible adult over the age of 18 and train in the gym anytime!
Gym Activations are essential before starting in the gym. The Activation will be taken by a fully qualified Fitness Advisor who will ensure that you are familiar with setting up the equipment for both safe and effective use.
Gym Activations can be undertaken during any Teen Gym session. Don’t forget to book your session.
Our fully qualified Fitness Advisors can tailor make an exercise plan especially for you to help you achieve your exercise goals. Have the plan updated every six weeks to help keep you on track!
