With this is mind, we make you the following promise:

Direct Debit memberships
We have frozen all Direct Debit payments free of charge for the time that we are closed. What’s more, for anyone that paid a Direct Debit fee in March, we will apply a credit to your account. Whether it be for the gym or swim lessons you will be welcomed back and not charged until you have used the credit against your account. We will of course write to you before re-activating your direct debit.
We’ve got you covered!
By freezing instead of cancelling your membership, there will be no need to re-join and you will gain instant access when we re-open. However, if you have cancelled in haste, fear not! We will honour any credit against your account. This means that you can recommence your fitness training and attend your swimming lesson giving you plenty of time to re-start your membership.
For anyone that has paid in advance for a 12-month membership, we haven’t forgotten about you! As soon as we open, your membership length will be extended to take into account the time that we were closed.
Customers who pay and play and club bookings
If you have booked and paid for a session that you were not able to attend due to closure, you will be given a credit for a future session of the same activity.
If you had pre-paid for a party, you will receive a full refund or credit against a future party.

We are working hard to support our customers to stay fit and healthy despite our centres being closed. Please download our L Leisure App for ‘at home opportunities’ all in one place.
Free access to Les Mills on Demand
We have sent a link to all our gym members giving them free access to hundreds of at home classes. If you have not received your email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
