Supporting People with Underlying Health Conditions to be more Physically Active
Exercise Referral Scheme and Cardiac Rehabilitation

Regular physical activity can help us to improve or better manage long term health conditions with the correct guidance and support. As explained by the National Institute of Aging, “You can still exercise even if you have a health condition like heart diseasearthritischronic painhigh blood pressure, or diabetes. In fact, physical activity may help.”

L Leisure operate an exercise referral scheme across Kimberley Gym & Swim, Bramcote Leisure Centre and Chilwell Olympia to support people with complex health needs, low level ill-mental health and cardiac issues to improve and better manage their health and wellbeing.
