With over 100 individual training stations including state of the art cardiovascular machines, a functional training room and fully equipped free weights room the gym delivers quality in a friendly environment with everything you need for a full body workout. Fully trained enthusiastic staff available to assist with personally designed training programmes, nutritional advice and general motivation.
