Benefits include; discounts on activities and the ability to book, cancel and pay for activities online.
Lleisure Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Anyone taking out a membership or leisure pass will need to agree to LLeisure’s Health Commitment Statement, which you can find below.

I agree with the LLeisure Health Commitment Statement. To the best of your knowledge you are in good health. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition that might interfere with you exercising safely then you should seek advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice before using our facilities and equipment. If you are setting up a membership for your child please ensure that they are fit and well enough to exercise too. If your health changes at any point or you are unsure about your ability to exercise, please consult a doctor before participating in any activity. If you have any special requirements or medical information to communicate, please inform the appropriate member of staff prior to commencing your activity.

Where can I use my Lleisure Pass?

At all of our Leisure Centres – Bramcote, Chilwell and Kimberley or online.

How do I get a Lleisure Pass?

Fill in an application at https://lleisure.gladstonego.cloud/en-GB/memberships and select the Leisure Pass option.

Am I entitled to a concessionary Lleisure Pass?

The following concessionary categories apply:

Full Time Students over 18yrs
People of State Pension Age
People in receipt of Incapacity Benefit
People in receipt of Disability Living Allowance
People in receipt of Industrial Injuries Benefit
People in receipt of Severe Disablement Allowance
People in receipt of Income Support
People in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance
People in receipt of Employment and Support Allowance
People in receipt of Carer's Allowance
Looked After Children (0 - 15yrs)
After Care Pathway (16 - 24yrs)
Carer of Child (Child Looked After

Proof of concession will need to be provided when applying for your Lleisure Pass.

What proof of identification / concessionary status do I need to provide?

Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate (only one required)
When applying for an Lleisure Pass you will also need to provide proof of concession status e.g. a valid NUS card, written verification from school, college or University. Letter from Benefits agency.
