Our fitness team have the practical expertise and knowledge to help set your watch or tracker. So grab your Fitbit, Apple watch or Garmin…whether it’s sparkling new or a little older and bring it in to us.
We’ll show you how you can seamlessly log every gym session, fitness class or outside training through your device with Mywellness. If you’re new to our gym, or not had the chance to sign up to an account we’ll get you all set up.
Mywellness is the best connected wellness experience that we know and will help you achieve your sporting, fitness and health goals in a fast, easy and fun way. It’s also completely free!
You’ll need Mywellness to use our body analysis scales Tanita. She’ll tell you everything from your body fat, internal fat – the dangerous stuff, hydration levels and metabolic age (how old your body thinks you are).
Need to know a little more about Mywellness?
It tracks all of your activities at the gym or outdoors, measuring miles travelled and calories burned
It will store your Tanita body analysis results; so you can monitor your on-going progress
You can upload your personal programme so you can access it wherever you go
Link popular apps like Strava, Myfitness pal, Wattbike and Zwift for complete fitness monitoring

using the latest Apps and tracking. You’ll leave us bursting with motivation, tips and advice to really make 2019 your healthiest and fittest year yet!
