Fitness Classes

Group Exercise Timetable Autumn 2019

Classes are bookable and include BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP, SH’BAM AND CXWORX.

BODYCOMBAT – high intensity cardio workout using kick and punch combinations in time to the beat.

BODYBALANCE – the perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle a gentle workout using yoga inspired moves to provide a stretch and wellness style workout.

BODYPUMP – a trademark strength class using weighted bars and plates in a high energy, high rep class for those wanting to gain strength and improve overall fitness.

SH’BAM – funky dance based cardio workout using combinations of modern dance moves and routines to distract you from the fact that you are exercising!

CXWORX – a mainly core based worked using resistance bands ideal as a complimentary class for regular exercisers or as a standalone for those wanting to strengthen and tighten the core.

These are amazing classes to use as an introductory to group exercise, as a compliment to your existing routine, or as a way of making the most of your membership at off-peak times.
