The Health Hub includes a 12 station E-GYM circuit that includes a smart assessment health hub, leg extension, leg curl, rotary torso, chest press, seated row, shoulder press, lat pulldown and leg press. Unlike a standard gym set up that you may be used to, the E-GYM circuit provides an automated, personalised and adaptive strength training routine by adjusting the weights and resistance based on your body metrics and goals.
Forget taking time to manually set up the equipment, your personalised E-GYM circuit will read your wrist band and set the kit up for you to your body size and strength. The equipment will track your progress, allow you to see your vital metrics and measure your strength accurately and you complete 12 pre-set exercises in a 30 minute circuit.
