Learn a short section of the long Yang form by following the Instructor. Learn to align the body for better balance and natural strength. Incorporating the principles of Taiji, introducing the meditative aspects.
The benefits of Qigong include stress relief, better control of balance and blood pressure, improved mental clarity and joint mobility / flexibility.
All fitness levels can approach this activity from 16 years +
Loose comfortable clothing and shoes such as exercise wear and trainers are recommended.
