Our introduction to health & fitness workshop is designed to kickstart your journey with all the knowledge and tools you need. Over the course of the 2 weeks you will get valuable information including:
- importance of understanding calories and personalised calorie goals
- exercise styles and classes
- workout programmes
- lifestyle changes
- in the gym guidance
- TANITA readings (body composition)
On Thursday 6th October the session will be based in the Dance Studio and be information based where you will learn all the fundamentals of how to achieve your goals. The second session on Thursday 13th October will be practical based in the gym which will be a supported session to help you with any new exercises, workout programmes and TANITA readings.

Please note, due to age restrictions within the gym this workshop is only suitable for people attending independently if aged 16 years +.
Individuals aged 14-15 can attend if accompanied by an adult. *please note you must purchase a ticket each.
