Are you struggling with your 2022 goals?
Our introduction to health & fitness workshop is designed to kickstart your journey with all the knowledge and tools you need. Over the course of the 6 weeks you will learn the fundamentals of healthy eating, exercise guidelines and working towards your goals.
On top of this, you will develop the understanding of how to tailor the fundamentals to your lifestyle. This includes how to calculate your own daily calories, understand the different exercise techniques and create your own workout plans to work towards your goals.
Michelle, our friendly and highly qualified personal trainer and member of the gym team will also take you into the gym for an induction and supported gym session so you are prepared and ready to continue your health and fitness journey following the 6 week workshop.

Starting Friday 25th March – Friday 29th April, 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Please note, due to age restrictions within the gym this workshop is only suitable for people attending independently if aged 16 years +.
Individuals aged 14-15 can attend if accompanied by an adult. *please note you must purchase a ticket each.
