This workshop is guaranteed to help you improve your training through the explanation and demonstration of new training tips and techniques. Based at Kimberley Gym & Swim, you will cover basic movements and techniques such as squat, hip hinge, lunge, plank etc on the second session we will build upon what we have leant in the first session. Such things will include adding weights to functional movements and the use of resistance machines.

Please note, due to age restrictions within the gym this workshop is only suitable for people attending independently if aged 16 years +.
Individuals aged 14-15 can attend if accompanied by an adult. *please note you must purchase a ticket each.
